United Party for National Development, (UPND) Sinazongwe lawmaker Gift Sialubalo has handed over a Market shelter to traders in Maamba town of Sinazongwe District, Southern Province.
Speaking at the event, Hon Sialubalo Said he is committed to lift the lives of Sinazongwe residents explaining that leaders are mandated to look after the challenges of people that voted them into power.
The Maamba Community Market Shelter costed K150, 000 and will accommodate more than two hundred traders.
And Kalomo Member of Parliament, Harry Kamboni represented UPND Party president, Mr. Hakainde Hichilema at the event thanked Hon Sialubalo for developmental Projects he is undertaking in the area despite economic hardships in the country.
Meanwhile, Maamba Market Secretary Mrs. Barbra Tembo expressed happiness saying People of Sinazongwe should return hon. Sialubalo in 2021 so development can continue.
The event was graced by Senior Citizens of Sinazongwe district, the Father to the area Member of Parliament, Council Chairman, Mr. Alick Muleya and ward councilors.
